Simon is a trained diamond grader, qualified gemmologist, jewellery designer and Fellow of the Institute of Registered Valuers. He is also a former Chair of the National Association of Jewellers and a Freeman of the City of London.

With a lifelong passion for jewellery, Simon enjoys helping clients bring their ideas to life. He believes every piece should capture a story, creating jewellery that reflects the people, memories and moments that make it truly personal.

Co-Founder and Director

Nadine is the owner of Marmalade Jewellery, leading the business as Creative Director and Buyer. After a background in dance and theatre, she developed her expertise through diamond grading in Antwerp before establishing Marmalade's distinctive approach to fine jewellery.

She is passionate about delivering exceptional client service while supporting the continued development of the Marmalade team. Her focus on creativity, quality and craftsmanship shapes everything the business does.

Store Manager and Gemmologist

Lucy is Store Manager and a Director at Marmalade, having been part of the Marmalade family for 14 years. She holds JET certification, an FGA Gemmology Diploma and FoAP accreditation, qualifying her as an Institute of Registered Valuers (IRV) valuer.

Originally studying jewellery design at university, Lucy enjoys helping clients with valuations, family jewellery and bespoke commissions. She has a particular passion for vintage and antique jewellery and curates Marmalade's Revival collection.

Valuations Manager and Gemmologist

Janina has been part of Marmalade Jewellery for 16 years and has been a Director for the past six. She holds both FGA and DGA qualifications and has been a Member of the Institute of Registered Valuers (MIRV) for eight years.

As Head of Valuations, Janina oversees all jewellery valuations at Marmalade. She particularly enjoys meeting clients during valuation days and discovering the unique treasures they bring in for assessment.

Aurélie joined Marmalade Fine Jewellery in 2025, bringing more than ten years of B2B sales experience in the financial sector. She holds a GIA Diamond Certificate and spent five years working as a diamond grader in a London laboratory in the heart of Hatton Garden.

She has a passion for bespoke jewellery and enjoys guiding clients from their first ideas through to the finished piece. Her focus is on creating thoughtful, personalised designs with care and attention to detail.

Sharon joined Marmalade Jewellery in 2022 following a career in IT systems, Real Estate and the NHS. Since entering the jewellery industry, she has gained qualifications in Gemmology, Practical Diamond Grading, Applied Jewellery Professional (GIA) and the NAJ JET Professional Jewellers Certificate.

With a lifelong interest in gemstones, Sharon enjoys helping clients find jewellery that reflects their personal style. She also advises on jewellery repairs, remodelling and bespoke design projects.

Gwyn has been part of the Marmalade team for over two years and enjoys developing her knowledge of jewellery and design. Supported by Marmalade, she has completed the NAJ JET 1 qualification and an introduction to diamond grading.

With a passion for fashion and creativity, Gwyn particularly enjoys sourcing unique gemstones for bespoke commissions. Seeing these designs become treasured pieces for clients is one of the most rewarding parts of her role.
