An 18 carat yellow gold ruby and diamonds ring. Featurung a quatrefoil of marquis shaped rubies (approx 2mm x 4mm) in milgrain rub over settings surrounded by a halo of grain set modern round brilliant diamonds to a delicate basket setting. Approx 13mm x 15mm. Finger size N1/2. 5 grams in weight.
