Featuring an old cut diamond in a rub over setting surrounded by a halo of grain set modern round brilliant diamonds with mil grain detail to the edges in a setting with elliptical cut out detail to the finger rail. Additional diamond weight 0.17 carats. With a little leaf shape diamond set shoulder also with milgrain detail to a 1.60mm parallel round wire shank. Finger size M Gross weight 4.05g
