I have visited Marmalade a few times over the past year with a a recurring issue with a bracelet. The first time Marmalade did a quick fix, but informed me that if it happened again, they could send it off to their workshop and fix it properly. I took it in a few weeks before Christmas, and they sent if off, fixed it, and returned it back to the store in time for Christmas. Each time I have been to the store the staff have been very friendly, and the final service on my bracelet is faultless. They also provided a new battery for my watch, which was fitted there and then - quick, easy, and with a smile! I will definitely be back in the future with any further jewellery repairs, and the jewellery within the shop also looks lovely. Perhaps a visit with my fiancé...!
