I have visited Marmalade a few times over the past year with a a recurring issue with a bracelet. The first time Marmalade did a quick fix, but informed me that if it happened again, they could send it off to their workshop and fix it properly. I took it in a few weeks before Christmas, and they sent if off, fixed it, and returned it back to the store in time for Christmas. Each time I have been to the store the staff have been very friendly, and the final service on my bracelet is faultless. They also provided a new battery for my watch, which was fitted there and then - quick, easy, and with a smile! I will definitely be back in the future with any further jewellery repairs, and the jewellery within the shop also looks lovely. Perhaps a visit with my fiancé...!

My wife and I have only just recently discovered Marmalade, for watch (both of us) repairs, adjusting of wedding ring, etc and have found them to be excellent, professional, and good value for money. A real find, and there are impressive pieces of jewellery in the shop. The service is friendly and helpful to a fault

"Wonderful wonderful wonderful customer service. My 9 year old daughter was gifted a necklace for her birthday, which unfortunately broke (chain). I went to Marmalade in hope rather than expectation, but I am glad I did because they took such very good care of me. They were so friendly, so kind and accommodating and they fixed my daughter"s necklace then and there. It was like being on an episode of the Repair shop! I cannot recommend them highly enough."
A wonderful jewellery shop with beautiful products. What makes it even more special is their outstanding friendly customer service. I took my old watch in to see if it could be repaired - long before the outbreak of the virus and didn't get a chance to pick it up before lockdown. I was contacted on a regular basis just to keep me informed firstly, that my watch was safe and then updates of what was happening re shop closure and reopening and when it would be safe to visit - at my convenience, once they had reopened. To me this showed a 1st class customer service that I haven't seen in many many years. How absolutely lovely. Thank you!
